Already in reprint is the \u201cVocabulary of Fraternity,\u201d<\/strong> edited by Father Francesco Occhetta<\/strong> and promoted by the Fratelli tutti<\/em> Foundation. A text that offers readers, on a daily basis, an in-depth word, explained and reworked by authors of very different ages, professions, cultures and faiths.<\/p>\n

For all 365 words chosen, there is not a simple definition, but a reflection that pits their meaning, even giving them a new look at times, and aims to enhance the power of words to rebuild bonds, inspire fraternal justice and promote the common good. These are insights that though brief, so much so that they can be read in a few minutes, have an essential force that urges one to pause for a moment to meditate and rediscover the meaning of words that can together rewrite the meaning of values such as humanity and fraternity.<\/p>\n

In an age of violent discourse, in which speech is too often aggressive, manipulated, misrepresented, this \u201cVocabulary\u201d is useful in rediscovering the beauty of language and spurring the search for the dimensions of listening and dialogue.<\/p>\n
