\u2013 The School offers\u00a0five courses: stonemasons and marble workers; bricklayers, plasterers and decorators; carpenters; blacksmiths and mosaicists<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 The School is free of charge<\/p>\n

\u2013 For the entire duration of the courses, the School provides flats free of charge in which the students will live together. The\u00a0community dimension<\/strong>\u00a0is indeed the added value of the experience<\/p>\n

\u2013 Students will have lunch\u00a0free of charge<\/strong>\u00a0at the Vatican Canteen<\/p>\n

\u2013 Classes will be held on the premises of the\u00a0Fabbrica di San Pietro<\/strong>\u00a0inside Vatican City<\/p>\n

\u2013 The courses will last six months<\/strong>,\u00a0from October 2026<\/strong>, with compulsory attendance. There will be 600 hours of lessons, of which 200 will be dedicated to basic and specialised teaching and extracurricular activities, while 400 to laboratory practice<\/p>\n

\u2013 Students must guarantee attendance of at least 85% of the hours set out in the teaching plan<\/p>\n

\u2013 The School is reserved for\u00a020 young people (female and male) between the ages of 18 and 25 that have obtained\u00a0 an artistic school-leaving certificate, a technical institute diploma<\/strong>\u00a0(for the CAT courses),\u00a0a professional institute diploma<\/strong>\u00a0(for\u00a0 the Maintenance courses),\u00a0an IeFP professional diploma<\/strong>\u00a0(for the diploma for Woodworking Technician and Artistic Workmanship Technician), or a foreign qualification equivalent to the Italian one<\/strong>. University students enrolled in art and architecture programs are also welcome<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0Italian and foreign students<\/strong>\u00a0may attend the School,\u00a0provided they have a B2 level knowledge of Italian<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 To be admitted, candidates must pass a\u00a0selection<\/strong> to verify their logical\/aptitude skills and assess their motivation<\/p>\n

\u2013 The School will issue a\u00a0Certificate<\/strong> of acquired skills upon passing a final exam<\/p>\n

Candidates will have to formalise their application by filling in the form, which will be accessible\u00a0from June 1, 2026<\/strong>, via a special link, from the institutional website of\u00a0St Peter\u2019s Basilica in the Vatican<\/a>\u00a0and that of the\u00a0Fratelli tutti<\/em>\u00a0Foundation<\/a>.
