CNEL Sala Plenaria Marco Biagi Villa Lubin
The round table on “Labour: Dignity, Community and Participation’, organised by CNEL, focused on the innovative challenge of keeping the human being at the centre of work, on relationships as a driver of productivity and on fraternity as a paradigm of the technological revolution and AI. The environmental, digital, and demographic transitions that challenge us every day can be answered with a single keyword: fraternity. And in this respect, the world of work is paradigmatic. What we do has the power of a seed to trigger cultural processes and produce the fruits we need. However, it is necessary to reflect on the socio-economic inequalities in our country and to put social justice back at the centre, defining common policies and shared governance to pursue a strategy for managing the great transitions of our time.
