The preparatory work for the Social Media Round Table began with a question: can there be a kind of fraternity for those who have chosen the web as a place to express themselves and communicate? This was the challenge faced by the influencers and communicators who animated the Social Media Round Table, with the aim of writing, describing, and designing new words and new languages to build bridges of humanity in a world that finds it hard to love one another. In this way, the participants at the table created a vocabulary of fraternity, which gave rise to original content that populated the “Words of Fraternity” section of the Foundation’s website: an open dictionary where anyone can add a word and fill it with content.
