In the midst of a time marked by global crises, profound transformations, and new forms of loneliness, the World Meeting on Human Fraternity brought together people from all over the world to refocus on the essential question:
what truly makes us human?
Promoted by St. Peter’s Basilica, the Fratelli tutti Foundation, and the Be Human association, the World Meeting reached its third edition as a pluralistic space rooted in fraternity. A relational intelligence that embraced differences, built bridges between generations and cultures, animated personal choices, and guided public policies.
On September 12, 2025, fifteen thematic Round Tables transformed Rome into a laboratory of humanity: administrators, entrepreneurs, economists, academics, social workers, students, athletes, and spiritual leaders came together to gather best practices, share experiences, and propose concrete actions.
On September 13, the fruits of this work were presented to the Be Human Constitutional Assembly: a symbolic and operational milestone that inaugurated an international synodal process aimed at measuring, defining, and promoting fraternity in real life.
The World Meeting on Human Fraternity is not an event. It is a milestone of a journey.
